No. A person makes and judges the drink. AI guides, records and explains.

Is homemade yeast kvass always alcohol-free?

No honest household process can guarantee 0.0%. Fermentation can create some alcohol.

Which languages are supported?

Russian, English, Spanish, German, Simplified Chinese and Greek.

Does the live companion upload my batch?

The companion is designed to keep its working state locally in the browser. External links are opened only after an explicit action.

Can AI certify food safety?

No. KVASSISTENT provides conservative household guidance, not laboratory testing or a medical diagnosis.
